Bite the bullet and rip it all up and put a carpet down or Laminate. To redo a LVT it will need to be all ripped up ms new Preperation done.

As Dan says. Get them to come back and fix it by taking up. Feathering a few times and relaying. Don’t pay your bill till you are happy.
