latex plan trade is your best bet mate or ardex k11 is a good priced water based
same here mate, if there's no moisture issues either 700/fa 20 or fibreplan it mate
think it can go straight over the top, most of their addys can, but belt and braces i'd always prime it mate
get balls to spec it mate
Pain in the arse mate doesn't give you much chance to plan your week does it
Majority of the time I need it that day on next morning so any delivery time scale is to long for me so you don't plan ahead then :D
if they can get their lvt's as good as their laminates we may be in for a treat, be a shame that they'll flog them online cheap though

that's the way i prefer to do them myself
i prefer to do 2 edges rather than the 4 squared to the door size if you get my drift, but it does look nice the way you've done it

think level it 3 does, tradeplan does prime with prim grip first
