sorry mate, meant flotex is nice to fit but went back to the job in the hall i'd use contract carpet then durafit it
bloody lovely to fit though, but for commercial i'd durafit the bugger use blind gripper and fully stick
can't DPM 1c be used over damp floors with no working DPM?
Check for working DPM, or it's a full rip up mate and subfloor replacement
NA isn't strong enough mate rip up and replace with latexplan or similar, don't forget to liquid DPM.
Get it in writing from manufacturers first

sounds stupid really scrimping on the finishing touches which can make or break the finished job, I get it a lot they'll spend 1000 's on the wood...
use Ardex or Mapei products they are generally better, get the tech department to spec the job for you
