We always use regupol 3mm or 4.5mm then glue down LVT Could you change to laminate ?
Victoria heartland is our favourite and sells really well Abingdons stain free ultra is decent as well
If you find a local flooring shop that sells LVT / commercial vinyl they should have a grinder and see if they can do it.
