Cant just switch a heater on an hr before, house needs to be warmer. You need to ask the fitter to come back and pull up rows/planks and restick....

What type of UFH was it that was installed? Mat etc?
Without the correct prep then it's only a matter of time before the faults show if they don't straight away especially it being a timber floor...
House should have been warm enough before laying any LVT, big risk doing it in the cold especially the temps we seeing that last couple weeks....
