Should be ok as I’ve read temp of 40°c on floors and they have been ok. Just make sure the correct HT adhesive is used.
No its a lot better It’s 180kg density and plushwalk is 105. I wouldn’t ever use that in bedrooms.
Our go to for stairs is treadaire chromium 9mm
£6-7 flat depending on rooms amd carpet. Stairs and landing we are on Ave £200-250
It’s not rock hard so yes. But we do sometimes use ambiance 9mm in the bedrooms if customers want it a fraction softer.
We do 50% ordering and the other 50% on completion
