mate, that looks like the planks. i had the black marks and the dusty look on quite a few different planks.
thats what i do, i stopped using amtico cleaner and use baby wipes. i tell c ustomers the same.
he's probably used white spirits. A builder done it on one of my jobs while the customer was there watching. he spilled some cement on it and...

daz , you havn't put across beam in at 8ft , when you put your ply in and brake hard , you are not getting your ply back.
