dont do a lot of carpets now but i also like victorias and some of the cormar range when they get the backing right

I agree mate solids used to frighten me also but if you look at it logicaly and do it by the book i.e damp testing,proper adhesive etc it is not...
i remember floor guy on the otherforum very knowlegable but didnt he know it and if i remember didnt he and nick the carpet have some good old rows
have you all tried creation wood by gerfloor i fitted some for the first time just before xmas they were nice to fit and from what the customer...
they dont use underlay in the states then ?
my favourite is quickstep cos it is top quality and goes together lovely i wont touch any cheap ones from diy stores cos half the time they are...
i dont mind either one but i cant stand fitting click system woods as i find them a pain to get together
found a company taht supply one in the uk when it arrives if it is any good i will post the name on here for future reference
