I have just got this second hand www.sweeneytoddblades.co.uk/content/view/588/689/ how do you cut the 45 both ways if you turn the tile upside down it cuts with bevel so will not butt up, and how do i set the blades, no instructions came with it. i can set them up and down but not back and forward.

    Help Steve.

I ain't got one but you need to set the blade so you get more of a scissor action.
To cut on 45 you need to cut the tile slightly less that half (right side up ) then you can re cut the bit that drops off if so you end up cutting a slither from the middle if that makes sense ?

its cutting planks at a 45 you can only cut one angle at 45 not the other unless you turn it over but then the bevel is wrong!
