Do any of you get like a burning sensation in your chest when using adhesives all day? I used to get it all the time, came off the tools for 4 months and never had it! Last 2 days on the tools with contact adhesive, had it both days now, so must be that feel like going to the doctors with a can? What do you lads reckon?
Do yourself a favour and get a respirator if your gunna use that stuff. Chemicals galour init. Said it many a time on here. Its really bad for you the contact ady fumes and spray fumes. I use the uzin solv free addy. Very low VOC s in it. Thats what you need to look out for also . F3 also not good for u.
Yep it most likely is the adhesive causing the pain. People react differently to adhesive. I know some fitter whos son works for him and the lad cant glue out for him cause he is allergic to every adhesive. Mad or what... Thats what apprentices are for init!!!
When I used to use the contact in the big spray bottles after about 10 mins my balls started going numb and tingling haha!
Try a 3x3 bog with self closing door and handle not yet fitted. No reception on phone, it took an hour of me sat on the can drooling and singing love songs till my mate found me.
