got an 08 plate citroen relay with 155k miles on it now so on the look out for a new one as the repair bills are getting out of hand doing more and more 5m carpets so loking at an extra long wheel base citroen unsure weather to buy outright or lease with maintanance anyone had a leased van with this cover on it and lastly whats everyone driving at the minute
as the end of year is approaching and i need to pay some tax i have just purchased a new lwb transit connect new shape only has to take 2m sheet so cannot wait to be honest what do you guys reckon?
Yep, I realy like the look of those, dunno whether they can take a 4m cut with the passenger seat out? I'm looking to replace my Trafic this year, 08 plate, 82000 on the clock. There's a new re-designed Trafic coming out in the summer, can't wait to see what that looks like.
Not a bad looking van, defo better than the vivaro (cant upload pic without it being the size of a crumb Volky t32 Lwb for me.
Just looked, to be honest I prefer the Vivaro. The one thing they have in common is I won't be able to afford either of them unfortunately. It's a bit of a downer, looking for vans and seeing all the ones I really like are too expensive.
Lwb Sprinter for me to..... Can get everything in mine Including reasonable 5m cuts without folding. Only downfall trying to park in the centre of London from time to time!!
A Sprinter and the like would never fit down some of the winding little back roads and driveways I have to get through.
I want a sprinter but working in London, something that big is often difficult to park. I've got a lwb vw now, lovely van and only 2 years old but just not enough space.
got a price today for a extra long citroen takes a 4m cut upto bulkhead no problem £350 per month on contract hire servicing would be extra per month decisions decisions
Wait while the new trannys out and the price on the older lwb will drop as everyone will rush to get the new one.
I did my hgv last year. While I was training down some small lanes, I was told ' if a dust cart can fit, so can you'. I live on an unnamed road, single track lane, and can fit my lwb Sprinter down there, as well as a artic size motorhome. A Sprinter/Crafter is a very easy to drive van, go any where a car will vehicle. However, parking in London, or a parking meter bay, is a bit of a t*at.
