Carpet Right, What Carpet

Hi Guys,

I'm new on here....just opened up my independent retail store after 5 years as a fitter (yipeee!!) and got a customer in yesterday wanting to know if we do the same carpet as CR. Usual answer..."we can do any carpet, just give me the name"

The name of the two carpets he wanted were as follows:

- Saxony Forest Glen (Colour 910 Sable)
- Saxony New Geneva (Colour 915 Misty Geo)

Been trawling with reps/suppliers but struggling to find them....does anyone have any idea of what they might be? are they exclusive to CR only, as someone suggested?

 

Come across this all the time, some you win some you lose. I normally try and match with something similar or will just fit it for them if not.

 

There roll stock saxony's are usualy Betap ranges like balmoral or some such - its a bit of a stab in the dark but its something

 

Still no luck guys...can someone PM me the manufacter/real carpet names

 

Does anybody know the other name of Sahara berber(carpetright)?

New Geneva is the real name it's one of baltas, forest Glen is a wilton again one of baltas can't remember the name off top of my head

 

Do you know if headlam sell it?

hi carpet right buy a lot of balta, Have had this problem many times i did once ring the BALTA uk rep and he told me straight away if t was one of their ranges it is a good chance appox 95% it is he will tell you the real name so you can get it through headlam group

 

Any ideas what this carpet is called in the real world !! Cheers guys.
