One just like this mate: http://www.miotools.co.uk/floor-san...e-disc-sander-menzer-esm-406-sanding-kit.html and sanding/buffing pads here: http://www.flooringequipmentdirect.co.uk/xcart/product.php?productid=281&cat=6&page=3
or you can try here... http://www.tradediscountshop.co.uk under the heading subfloor prep and if you're after a secondhand machine let me know and I'll price a machine for you...
You dont have any new machines there mario..... And the pad sizes youve got are only 375mm instead of 420mm...? Maybe stick some more choices on the shop?
I'm after a machine for buffing up screed and adhesive second hand though for a job in January if you can pm me some prices that would be great mjfl
Correct.. no new machines.. infact no machines at all.... at the moment. 375mm pads are for 15" machines.
I shall have a section on www.tradediscountshop.co.uk for secondhand machines as soon as I can get it sorted
Super Mario helped me out with my machine and it's been great. Just need some new sanding discs (17inch)
So I'm i right in thinking these machines are different to the floor buffers and cleaners used in schools and stuff
Not really. Although I bought a str machine years back, I bought it mostly for grinding anhydrite screeds. It`s a great, versatile machine, but for a bit of cleaning/rubbing up latex and old one off e-bay will do. Ive been using those machines for years, and never burnt one out yet. Even if you manage to break it, another one will come up cheap. If you go down that route, make sure you get one with a drive board, and loads come with pads thrown in. Just stick some 16 grit to the pad and crack on. My main problem is most are 240v, not many come up in 110v
