I'm new to the flooring forum but it looks like a really good resource. I have been Managing Director of a hardwood flooring business called Weldon who make and install bespoke marquetry/parquetry/antique hardwood floors. I have recently started a new business called Humidity Devices who sell a product called the Fidbox which is a sensor that you embed in a hardwood floor which measures temperature and humidity on every 8 hours. When you are installing a hardwood floor over underfloor heating it is the essential companion that will make sure you are never liable for problems that are not your fault. It is like the "black box" data recorder for the flooring industry. Please feel free to ask for advice on any hardwood flooring/ moisture/ humidity / temperature/ underfloor heating issues. Jonathan
Hey...You sound like a handy guy to know... Might be worth starting a thread about the fidbox...I've got a few questions about it? Pretty new so not sure about the forum etiquette here..
