Kitchen utility in lvt

    Been posting updates on Twitter. For those that don't, I started this Monday and finished midday today.

    Looks great that. Did you cut them down yourself or get Polyflor too?

    Cut down myself, precut all 1/4 tiles as well as features into tile full lengths, 1/4 lengths and tile and a 1/4 plus 2 feature strip lengths.
    Slowest bit was getting going. Used mapei vs90 high temp on half at patio end, laid about 4-5 tiles and 1/4 tiles, pencilled around, took up, spread high temp, laid into wet adhesive, rolled, did it all again.
    Other half on mapei pressure sensitive, flew down.

    Nice work mate, it's like everything else it always takes ages to get going but once you've started it goes down well..

    Nice work mate, would rather use balls gear in this hot weather though find their ps isn't as,sticky and hate ht with a,passion.

    How did you find Mapei HT compared to balls/karndeans etc?

    Didn't seem much different to be honest. Maybe a bit easier to trowel out.
