    Can k11 go over Mapei trade plan I no water bases are a lot stronger and its all down to the Newton strength just that I have a bad batch of trade plan

    I wouldn't think so ! Water base will crack on top of latex your best using latex over latex !

    Water can go over latex providing the strength of the latex is the same or stronger
