advice please

hi guys.

I have a wood job to price. 3 areas have carpet over concrete floor the other has parquet over the concrete then the carpet. The customer wants all areas level so the wood floes rthrough hsll into lounge, dining area, therfor all the parquet floor needs to come up. What would i need to? what would i need to put down before the wood goes down?
My wood knowledge is very limited.

Struck or floated?

 

I would put down ardex na then float engineered

 

uplift parquet, screed then float...

 

Customer wants engineered wood so if i na over bitumen, that's fine? I kno na can go over most things.

 

Most screeds go over bitumen if its scraped and primed. Na sticks well tho.

 

Check for working DPM, or it's a full rip up mate and subfloor replacement
