It looks like the stuff I laid at the BBC years ago, Marley used to call it Xfloor they would do any design you sent them, unfortunately they had great difficulty getting it right, when they printed the patterns they didn't colour match the other tiles, they looked terrible so we had to cut out around the golf clubs, balls and insert them in. The spent a fortune inventing the technology and it was going to be their Amtico, it didn't work and it all got sold and closed down. Digital technology has moved on over the years and you will probably find that it's Uv cured, they use the lights to cure the ink and then they will probably use a uv cure finish to give the hard wear layer,it looks better than the Marley stuff because its sheet, it just the same as most LVT are made,most are digital prints,just depends on the backing for stability the wear layer on top, I even think Forbo have something like this, not sure it's that customisable. Spoke to Forbo about this and they make it, this company do the designs and check copyright and pay licences , ave cost £80m2 But could be cheaper if you use your own pictures
