It could of been pu coated etc. (dought it) We will soon be running courses on applying sealants that will change a domestic product into a commercial rated product, anti slip coatings that are far past manufacturer ones, changing color of lvt, different sheen levels etc. Basically you will be able to sell a cheap vinyl and we can turn it into a none slip flooring with commercial wear property's.

More money in maintenance than installations nowadays... it may be flooring, patios, driveways, windows or gutters people always need it done..
