Tried these blades out today, fitted landing, stairs, lounge in primo ultra. Sorry but I wasn't impressed with them. Went thru nearly all of them. Even cutting off the band for the bullnose was enough to blunt one. I wouldn't buy them unless they were cheap. Are they cheap?
Yeah used mine last week on LVTs. No different to Sweeney Todd blades. I'm still after the German blade you had rugrat???
when you are you testing blades are you switching to other blades and measuring how many meters you have cut in? if not you cant give a fair comparison if you decide to use just the one make blade on the whole job. It could be the product sending it blunt. To test the blade you need to - start with new blade and calculate how many meters you cut in before it needs to be changed. Then change to another blade (different make) and do the same again. You will be able to work out how many meters one blade to another cuts in.
Been using Carpet and flooring straight blades. Mat, don`t need to measure how far they go. First cut, about 1" normally, and there fu****. Proper rubbish !!!!!!!!!!

I bought some of them mate which are ok but it's the small German one which was the best on test. In fact the best ones I have used are called Proflor from Germany. Can't get them anywhere, will post some pics up tomorrow to see if you can get them.
