Do any of you guys know any trousers other than snickers that take there floorlayers knee pads? Cheaper the better lol!
yep! Blaklader. As it happens i had a meeting with them today. Trying to set up a discount rate with them for our Trade members. Leave it with me as its looking good at moment. Really good gear also. My personal favorite work clothing.
I ususally wear shorts the summer. But got used to knee pads built in now. Need to get some knee pads with a soft strap.
blaklader also not the cheapest but in my opinion the best last for years,also daz were supposed to hide our legs working on knees all day not a pretty sight.
Daz, Blaklader have some 3/4 or length with knee pads. As soon as i was shown them i said " i know a chap on my forum that would wear them". i was referring to you. They are strange tho as they look more like shorts but knee pads built in.
Far from cheapest as you say. Quality tho is one of the best and me personally i like good kit that looks not only good but lasts. False economy buying cheap as we all know with cheap carpets, laminates, wood etc.
I have some 3/4 length ones with knee pads other wise known as pirate pants exept when you only have 29 inch legs just looks like I've had growth spurt and out grown normal trousers
Can't stand 3/4 lengh mate. Got some for my hols and worn them once then binned them. Legs to long. IMO only suit lads with shorter legs. I have the normal shorts blakadder so will get them again when u sort it out
I have just ordered snickers direct , floorlayers trousers with new design knee pads ....they better be good cost about £ 93 with pads!
I wondered what the pads would be like because I do more carpets and wondered if they would be too spongy, but when I fit laminate lvt etc my knees ache like f#'#'#'
