solid rip up, level & new install

    after a bit of pricing advice.. i've a job whereby the 'wet' u/f/heating has leaked in several places & has totalled the wood flooring. i need to price p/M2 for uplift & repair of screed... the existing floor has been fully bonded (100%)

    any advice or assistance will be greatfully appreciated - welsh cake anyone...? :D
