Ok so whay ya all think of BF3, I've been playing it all day today and I have to say its pretty darn good and will give cod a run for its money. Atleast the weapons are more on par for example you can't shoot some one from the other side of the map with a shoot gun, pistols are close range to none of the cod crap shoot from the other side of the map with a pistol. Trees, walls, fences, and buildings will come crashing down on you, for example I was snipping from the second floor and some little bugger fired a rocket in through the window and the roof came in on me an walls crashed down.
I like it, been playing it for a few days off & on. Had a big problem with servers (its a beta i know) I like the weapons upgrades, doesnt take long at all to aquire them, hope its a 'big map cod' kinda game. Personally i hated BFBC2, just found it slow, clunky and just not quick enough for my play style. This seems a lot better
I didn't have any work Friday got the job finished a day early an thought stuff it I've had a hard couple of weeks so I'm havin a day off to play. I have also not booked any work for the launch dates of both BF3 and MW3.
Indeed it was well for me anyway can't speek for anyone else, C&F struck again sent wrong trim to site and forgot the door mat and those were all I needed to complete the job tossers.
I wont be buying it, played beta before. Not for me, maps too big, snipers all over the show. I will stick to being a Cod man
BF2 was like that Daz have you not tried BF3, maps are big but theres more players to shoot and snipping well they've sorted that out by making them more visible theres nothin that winds me up more than people postin up an snippin on the spawn points cause ya just can't get out there an enjoy it. That was one of its downfalls this one seems to work well though.
