Sanders and their pads

As an area of flooring we dont really go into. How many peolpe use sanders here and what type?
Which replacement pads do you all use? What grit size? Any relevent information would be valuable thank you.

I have a belt sander, for sanding high spots on wood before I ply a floor

 

i have the same as daz an i use it for the same thing to, i also have the 'mouse' sander

 

I use Bona belt and edge sanding equipment and thier papers grit 60 80 100 120

 

Clarke floorcrafter 8" / kunzle & tarzin 8" / kunzle & tarzin edger x 2 / makita beltsander / Bosch random orbital x 2 / makita square sander/ bosch square sander.
Grit from 16,24,36,50,60,80,100,120

 

Are these all small area sanders?
