I love there kit, extraction is spot on etc. There plung/circular saw is spot on for doors. It has a track system that stops splinters and also makes the saw cut 100% straight. I can cut 10mm of a door in under 10 secounds. No dust etc. Anyone else use this kit?
There not cheap. I cant remember exactly but i think they start at around £400. However mine must be about 8 years old now. I was cutting 15 fire doors a day with it for about 6 months. I use it most days and if you use the extractor with it, well it really is dust free. Also the saw can be mounted upside down in a table saw adapter etc. also you can use there other tools like there router with the track system or even with the same table - There tools really are the best you can get.
and just to add to that. All the tools come in smart boxes. They all lock together so you can use the extractor hoover to wheel a load of tools in one go. Or lock the boxes together and carry them !
I use the plunge saw with a rail and extraction, I'm doing some Junkers 20.5 this week and couldn't be without it.
i have a feestool floor scraper but the long handle you get with it is crap, iv been doing a nursing home it been brill for stuck down carpets. Steve.
Many of our tools are Festool: plunge saw, sliding table saw, rotex sander. Expensive, but value for money!
