Hi guys, first post and can i say "great" info on here. Them last 6 new users are my new lads. Told them to come on here and read up. I have sent a pm to admin to ask permission for us all to get in the trade section that my mate told me there is loads of info in for the trade. Can anyone recommened a good floor training course around the midlands area. I have taken on 6 new fitters (school leavers) and would like to try and fast track them on a few training courses before i send them out with my other lads. We are looking at sending them on a basic carpet and vinyl course and then maybe in a few months time getting them on advanced courses also. Also i see Flooring Assessments is a sponsor? I would like to put my fitters forward for there NVQ's. I hear its the new thing on building sites etc. Is it really free or are they making it up? Anyone got some feedback on Flooring Assessments? Hi Ged, I run the UK Flooring Academy. We run 3 and 5 and 7 day courses which give instruction in carpet or vinyl fitting. All our courses are held in Burton upon Trent.
