LVT karndean heritage 4. LVT border work [ plain , patterned, design strips ] etc 5. LVT tiles with design strips 6. Click , korlock etc. PREPARATION. 1. Screeding sq metre 2. plywood sq metre 3. Resin DPM application 4. Uplifting charges LVT. CARPET. CERAMICS MINIMUM RATES 1. Ply and fit 2. Screed and fit EXTRAS 1. Door easing 2. kitchen plinth trimming ANYTHING ELSE ANYONE CAN THINK OFF . Good luck getting them. I can’t even get a self employed fitter to give me these lol Your better off setting your own rates
Not revealing my rates, I'm high in demand already don't need the extra pressure. What I will say though, all them above I have a set rate apart from the heritage - I work that on a day rate
