Installation rates

    Hi all,

    I’m Chris gray , I primarily install amtico , karndean and other forms of LVT.

    I am looking for a list of going rates for installations costs, i have a list below and would be very grateful for your reply’s .


    Thanks in advance Chris.

    1. LVT straight lay

    2. LVT herringbone

    3. LVT karndean heritage

    4. LVT border work [ plain , patterned, design strips ] etc

    5. LVT tiles with design strips

    6. Click , korlock etc.

    PREPARATION.

    1. Screeding sq metre

    2. plywood sq metre

    3. Resin DPM application

    4. Uplifting charges LVT. CARPET. CERAMICS

    MINIMUM RATES

    1. Ply and fit

    2. Screed and fit

    EXTRAS

    1. Door easing

    2. kitchen plinth trimming

    ANYTHING ELSE ANYONE CAN THINK OFF .

    REALLY APPRECIATE ANYONE TAKING THE TIME TO ANSWER.

    In think the going rate depends on the job site and the detail involved.

    Thanks for replying , but I'm after some figures , latest rates guys are getting paid per sq metre for what I have listed above .

    Good luck getting them. I can’t even get a self employed fitter to give me these lol
    Your better off setting your own rates

    Not revealing my rates, I'm high in demand already :D don't need the extra pressure.

    What I will say though, all them above I have a set rate apart from the heritage - I work that on a day rate
