I had my heart set on getting LVT in hall, living room, and dining room....and then found out the price it would cost me to get the sub floor perfect, so thats out the window.

Current carpet looks to be a high quality saxony type and has lasted well (12 yrs since we moved in), but looking to change.

What are best brands, and styles of carpet to look at? We have cormar sensation in bedrooms...but guessing that would flatten quick in a high traffic area.
