Hi, I’d really appreciate some help/ advice

I have a large rear extension, extending an existing room, but the new bit is flat concrete, & the old bit is old floorboards.

Thought we could get away with it, but we can’t it’s just too uneven & lumpy particularly in the old floorboarded section

The 2 sections are relatively level with each other, but it’s just too lumpy/ bumpy

How could I now level both sections? Baring in mind half is concrete, & half old floorboards. Wanting to prep for a nice flat new laminate

    Appreciate any help guys

6mm plyboard to the timber area and flood the lot including the concrete part with a fibre based screed like Mapei Renovation.
