Ain't had this come up for a while, having to give a cost to install flotex flooring, I'm thinking £5m2 seemed fair. What are other people charging out there at the moment? Subfloor will be ready to lay straight onto.
I fitted some last week, first time in years. I just charged it out at my normal sheet vinyl rate which is £4m2. But it was a very rectangular room with not a great deal of cutting
