Who is doing the hs policies, risk assessments and method statements in your company? After a lot of reserch I only managed to put a few of these documents together but I don't really understand what I am doing SHould I pay for a company to look at it or is there any way I can learn this myself and have a good system I can follow? We are a small company and I am very new to this game, but as we are growing this is mandatory for any PQQs just to step in the commercial game. Sorry for the silly question would appreciate some help and advise.
I use HS Direct. They provide a simple platform to use. You enter the information, and then the program formats this for you. Its a good, easy to use system, and once set up, you can use the last lot of Rams as templates, and just tweak where required. There also on the end of the phone if anything specific is required. I recently required a modern slavery policy for a company we were tendering for, and had it in minutes, no charge. You will need a Health & Safety policy for your company, which needs to be updated yearly. They can assist with this also. HS Direct 01142444461
