Any guys that only do lvt took on an apprentice? Iv been thinking about it but not sure if it’s fair on them if I can only train them up on lvt or very occasionally laminate ? Any thoughts or advice on this would be much appreciated not sure what to do for the best and wouldn’t know where to start Cheers
I don't think there is anything wrong with just teaching someone to fit one type of flooring, he will probably have 30-40years in the trade,so plenty of time to learn more later
