Karndean problem

    Hi There, we are in the process of selling our house and have about 25 m2 of Karndean flooring in the living room, it was laid over pretty uneven floorboards about five years ago but looked very nice, recently though sections of the floor (whatever it was laid on top of) has perished, it crunches when walked on and nail/screw heads are showing through, is this repairable in sections and if so what do i need for the job, thanks for your time, steve. 20191017_184030.jpg

    Is it laid on backer boards ?

    No idea, it looks like it may be as would that be held down with screws or nails?

    Bite the bullet and rip it all up and put a carpet down or Laminate.
    To redo a LVT it will need to be all ripped up ms new Preperation done.

    Take it up and make do with some laminate if you selling up.
    Dont know how you lived with that for 5yrs, it looks rough as owt
