Best acoustic underlay for LVT

    Hi

    I live in a first floor flat in a converted victorian house.

    I am looking to get LVT installed in my kitchen but my downstairs neighbour has raised concerns that this might be very noisy for him. Does anyone know what the best underlay to use would be to reduce impact noise as much as possible without affecting the lay of the LVT flooring.

    Thanks, would that only be able to go under click LVT rather than glue down?
