Carpet right alternatives

Hello All

I am wondering if anyone can help. We like the following carpets from Carpet right but are aware they can be purchased elsewhere if the alternative name can be found online. The carpet is called "jasmine saxony carpet", product code A551-CNF

Is anyone able to help please?

So you have used their paid staff and paid for showroom to choose your floor, with the intention of buying it cheaper online, maybe you should ask if you can use their fitters too.
Why do people not see anything wrong with this

 

I will presume that is sarcasm given your previous post asking the same question!

 

Actually, my question was for a customer who had previously had carpet right, but wouldn't have them back and there is a difference between competition between shops and online companies undercutting shops because they don't have the expense of showrooms and why would they bother, when their customers can just go to their local retailer for free advice and choice

 

Ah I see you have answered your own question then. Funny that you think it’s justified for you to search for alternatives names but not others! ‍♂️

People search for carpet right alternatives because (i) they have had poor service from carpet right
(ii) they are aware of the poor reputation of carpet right so wish to go elsewhere and are not stupid enough to risk using them
(iii) carpet right have a non-transparent pricing policy and charge 3 times the RRP of other online sites or shops with showrooms
(iv) they have more sense than money.

 

All carpetright carpets are crap. The best alternative would be to find a better carpet supplier that can point you in the direction of a quality manufacturer. Very few of them

Thanks Merit for the helpful response. That’s good to know and will try that. Agree carpet right are crap so want to avoid using them.

 

I owe you an apology, i misread your original question, i read it as wanting to get it online,not just identify it, my fault.

 

Totally agree about carpet right, a customer showed me an invoice from them, at the top it said free fitting, further down it had the amount they had to pay to the fitter
