Just about to start a small job laying oak parquet in herringbone in a hallway - only 4 sq metres. I'm not keen on blowing my budget on hiring a floor sander. Also doubt I'd even be able to manoeuvre it. Anyone got away with using a decent Random Orbital Sander to finish something of this size? Iv'e a Metabo ROS which is a bit of a beast and has sanded 10 metre bar tops before ....
