Hello . I'm a small retailer with a ( very) difficult customer. Its going very wrong and wondered if any body else had been in this situation. Briefly; refusing to sell a carpet to a customer, but we have removed an old carpet thus far, and laid the underlay. No money has yet been taken, customer not excepting decision, threatening all sorts of legal action for lost time etc. 3 bedrooms , 12 carpets offered so far never happy, as don't match lounge done months ago! looking for compensation for there trouble been going on now 2 weeks, came into shop on sat ,all getting out of hand ,but not violent just verbal.
I don’t understand, can you give more detail as to what has happened, did you install the lounge months ago, is the customer expecting the same carpet to match was this discussed at time of sale
If no money has been taken, and no contract has been signed, I would think legal action would be a waste of time.
