I make a paper template for these and then transfer onto nosing, mark, and cut with a hacksaw.

With thicker and heavier grade nosings, the hacksaw can be a real pain.

What do others use to cut them easier and quickly please?

Chop saw with metal blade, as Mario mentions on a block of wood for stability.

I got a metal blade for my chop saw, Bosch one. Works well. Only cut a few with it.
