    Hi All

Always like to use a quality gripper.
I had some very inconstant Professional gripper, switched to Floorwise diamond gripper, great for a while then had a few boxes that were no better than budget gripper.
Went onto QA Premium gripper and found it excellent, 3 rows of pins and nice and wide, however my last few boxes have 2 rows of pine and the width has reduced, is this permanent ? has anyone else had the same ? Its not about price, i would rather pay more for a quality gripper.
Does anyone have any recommendations ?

    Thanks very much !

Golden gripper or diamond gripper for me. I’ve had the odd duff box of diamond but it’s mostly spot on. No missing pins and always get a good hook on. Golden gripper use to be more solid but pins always falling out of it

Qa get the gripper from china, they were not aware the last batch had only 2 rows of pins until i pointed it out to them. They are awaiting the next batch to arrive any time now and say they are confident it should be the 3 pin wider version. We will see ;)

How funny is that, the term QA always meant Quality Assurance to me!!

After reading this thread I ordered samples of gripper from QA and Floorwise, the QA sample of premium gripper had three rows of pins, I was hoping to compare this with the Floorwise gripper, but after chasing them up multiple times I still have no samples. Ordered 15 boxes of premium gripper for a shop I work for. Gripper arrived this week, all had two rows of pins, spoke to QA who apologised for this and said they would collect and replace with the three row gripper.Shop phoned today to say replacement gripper had arrived all boxes have two rows of pins, so all being sent back for a full refund. Suppose it’s back to chasing Floorwise for some samples.

My stock arriving now is coming with the 3 pins. Probably trying to get rid of the old wrong stock
