What do others offer in terms of guarantees for their work? I've been asked by a couple of customers recently about the guarantee I offer, have always kept it informal in the past and never had any issues/unhappy customers. Thinking of putting something more formal together but want to make sure I'm not opening myself up to too much risk. I fit wood, laminate and LVT but also do floor sanding.
