Hi guys, I’m in the market for a new electric stapler. Wondered if you could give me some feedback on which to go for. Preferably one that doubles up as a nail gun for use on beading on laminate. Cheers

Looking at the maestri me606 as it doubles as a nailer (brads) for use on beading/scotia but reviews say staples are too wide for use on carpet. Reviews suggest the me400 is better for use on carpet as it uses smaller width staples but doesn’t double as a brad nailer. Confused????

404 is better for carpet. 606 is not great for brad nailing anyway

They come loose mate. Did it that way years back. Has call backs so changed to Spotnail’s ringnails or screws on 9mm plywood.

We always f3 the ply down as well so not as yet had a problem in the last 34 years? We have to put the odd screws in here and there or ring shanks but overall not bad.
