What should somone expect to pay for fitting of reclaimed parquet flooring that’s all the same and been cleaned up ?

About 15m2 in clean empty areas above 10m or £20 in smaller with all gear delivered to site.

 

£15 per m2 is that ???

Wow that is waaay cheaper than I expected

What else would be needed
I’m in a new build with concrete floors downstairs and those cheap wood boards upstairs

 

Also seperate issue

I see a lot Of brand new oak parquet blocks which are surprisingly cheap, is there a catch ? Have they not been kiln dried ? Or some other reason they are no good ?

 

I would say at least £25 per m2 and upwards
