    Hi there.
We have a customer, all his downstairs carpet is currently being replaced due to subsidence, resulting in a flood from a cracked pipe. We were assured by his insurance firm that all the work that needed to be done was completed... and now they tell us that just inside this gentleman's bedroom door, they will be pulling back the newly laid carpet, digging a 50*50cm hole down to the foundations, and filling it in with concrete...

How long do you believe is he going to have to wait until he can have his carpet relaid?
I'm still very green when it comes to this side of things...

    Thanks in advance...
