Can anyone recommend a product to repair a small dent in a rustic grade medium brown oak floor pre finished with a matt lacquer.

Someone had dropped a heavy object on the floor and it's dented the floor and broken the lacquer.

The damaged area is approx 8mm x 10mm and 1mm ish deep.

I recommend a hot melt wax, i.e. the Osmo one, and make it stand out like a knot, it's a rustic oak with quite a few knots and blemishes in.

    What do you think??
