    What's gunna be better quality

    Polyflor colonial
    .flooringsupplies £14

    Or neobo
    .flooringsupplies £15 rrp £27

The neobo appears to be in offer and has a big wear layer and bevelled edges but is less known than the polyflor brand

Like the look of both in the pics

    Or they have Cameron £16

I like the look of all 3 and it is temporary for a couple of years
Plan on having a go myself and figured it doesn't work out much more than laminate

Neobo out of them. Also look at Luvanto and distinctive classics

Why not buy from a local wholesalers, the polyflor will be much cheaper.

Might have a go as it's only a temporary floor for the next couple of years
Can't afford exactly what I want now but need to replace my carpet after only a year down due to having 2 children under 2 and haven't even begun potty training yet plus have another child planned

Lvt seems like the child friendly solution

Seems if I'm only gunna buy cheap tiles £10-15 m2 seems silly to then pay someone £20+ m2 to do the job
Fair enough if I was paying £50 per tile as at that price you gunna want it laid perfect....

Although I've just seen on floorbay that polyflor parquet is quite cheap and I imagine that would take a lot of skill to get right so if I got that I would probs need a fitter but I could probably blag my way through the big planks

Can't I just get someone who has a business to open a trade account ??
Or pretend I'm a fitter and open one ?

No mate, they run checks and ask for references such as other manufacturers that you deal with etc within this industry, your fitter will deal with them tho I'd assume.
It's trade for this trade not a plumber, builder etc their fairly strict and rightly so.

If I do this job myself is there an underlay I ca glue down instead of screeding and glue on top of that
I've seen summit that suggests so on the internet but not sure as haven't read anything like that on here
