I am looking for a flooring like laminate which is extremely hard wearing, water resistant and works well with underfloor heating. Can anyone recommend a particular product? It will be for the whole of downstairs including a kitchen so will need to be able to take a few knocks and a good mopping.
Thank you for the suggestion, I will check it out. I have been doing some reading and wondered if anyone got experience with Howdens AC4 Professional v Groove Oak Laminate Flooring? I hear this is very good stuff.
Use LVP (luxury vinyl planks) and check the wear lear 0.55mm min, you must to use protection kit. If you damaged some plank, which is hard you can easy remove it and replace it with new one by heat gun.
Go with Parador Trendtime 8 flooring. its a engineered oak flooring species..i think it not only suited to downstairs, kitchen but better option for basements.hope this may help you
