Been searching for a new decent pair of knee pads and these 2 seem to be coming out on top.

Has anyone had any experience with these, could help me out to decide which ones to get.

Sick of wearing through the foam ones and getting sore knees.

Redbacks wouldn't use any others, converted a few that I know onto them they wouldn't go back either, tad heavy compared to the foam crap but a minor complaint compared to crippled knees if you don't protect them properly, best score you will ever spend

That will do me redbacks it is. Am sure the difference in weight I will get used to.

Already had fluid in my knee. Don't want that to return.

    Thanks for the quick reply.

Had fluid on knee loads of times when younger, since switch to red backs not once in 4/5 years, they will feel funny till you break them in (bout a week) then you will be golden

I tried the red backs and couldn't stand them. Now in my wardrobe. Gone back to snickers bean bag ones

I know someone who had the beanbag ones they managed to slice them open on gripper I think and the beads went everywhere.

Each to their own I found those to go flat pretty quickly so not as much protection a few months in

I've looked into some good (not decent) pads.., snickers reviews look good.
I've been using double carpet underlay.., and that to honest is crap.., every time I kneel in the small off cuts of LVT, you know straight away... New pads are on the shopping list :)

I wear red backs and I chuck a cheeky bit of underlay on them for good measure. Im fat so a lot of pressure on the knees

Redbacks worked well for me. I vary between them, and the beanbag snickers ones, true they do go flat within a couple months. Some contract work iv put on a pair of jeans and used the janser strap in pads which are ok aswell.

Best off using them in snickers floor layer trousers They can wear out the knees quickly in normal work trousers due to the shape of them But apart from that....
