Don't you love when people do exactly what they say they will do. Went to do an office yesterday on a Saturday and it was completely cleared except for one desk (computer was connected ) total size 92 MTS in carpet tiles. Old tiles lifted and floor swept. Normally I'm used to the them going home at 5 o'clock on Friday and leaving as it sits.
Last office I done it hadn't been hoovered for a week and rammed with furniture with computers on top, I politely declined to go back to refit it when the firm I did it for needed it replacing due to faulty tiles, nothing worse than having to hoover up BEFORE you start working.
Its great when they clear it like they say they will. Least then you didnt stab your palms with their filthy finger nails!!! Remember yrs ago doing a full 3 department fit out for Cat WHILST STILL OPERATIONAL and I could have made a sword with the amount of clippings the dirty fcukas left us. That job was one of the worse ive ever agreed to do but it was part of the contract hence why we got 3weeks to do 2000m between 4 of us...
