Evening Chaps Has anyone used Tremco CP108 2 part dpm primer ? A colleague says it will suppress up to 97% r/h [pretty sure he said r/h] I just want to know how it compares performance/cost wise to Sika MB or any other comparable good quality moisture suppressant on the market in the UK. Cheers Gary
Not used it but if it's tremco it will be a pretty good product at a very competitive price, can't knock there screed for the price it's sold at imho.
Hi Spacey My colleague read the tech specs on the Tremco stuff and told me it said up to 97%, the job he may need it for, is for a small hall that likely has no mechanical dpm under the subfloor, the customer has taken up the old parquet and wants it relaying...but the moisture checks he did to the subfloor showed some high values so he's going to be treading carefully and doing things properly...or just walking away !!
As far as I know only ardex say there Dpm can be used when there is no exciting subfloor DMP & I think Fball say one of there new ones can as well can remember which one I'm sure some one will pop up with it ?
