"Oh dear" is the correct response then though I'd tend to veer towards FFS. Do you now if it's a DIYer?
haha Think My mms2 was delivered today, but I wasn't in so I have to pick it up from post office tomoz morn. I will get back to you tomoz sometime and let you know payment details mate and will post Monday morn for you.
well the mms was mis advertised, was the basic model 8800 only/no hygro stick etc, but was advertised as the 8800-S model with all cables & attachments. as I obviously need the extension lead/hygro stick etc to read the boxes etc. sorry spacey, but you'll have to wait a little longer mate. so it's going back and I'm looking at getting the tramex kit instead. will let you know when I'm ready to part with it.
have you used the protimeters much to compare Matt? I remember we briefly discussed it at Harrogate, but a non bias opinion always helps
I know Daz has the mms one but I've got the kit from Floorskills. I can't compare but seems like the tramex was a better option for me. Probably cause Matt uses them in the courses and found it easy to work with.
Doesn't look like a DIYer to me , seen the knife . Not many DIYers use dolphins. That's dodgy to say the least.
It looks like expona or Van Gogh or a similar 3mm LVT , using a hooky on that I wouldn't dream of it. Takes some doing that tough as hell. Mad mad....
I reckon what the guy is doing with the hooky is heating the plank to trim round that architrave at the next cut in. He might even be cutting them all in that way
Ha ha his heat gun is probably just out of shot ? I've seen a few twiiter pics with heat guns on the sidelines t*ts
